Darren Vucurevich, B.Mgt, CPA, CMA, has spent his career working with the businesses and families that make up southern Alberta's economy — grain and cattle operations, construction and trades, professional corporations, retail and service businesses, and the individuals behind all of them.

One practitioner, start to finish
A larger firm can put more bodies on a file. What it can't do is have the same person handle your bookkeeping questions in March, your year-end in July, and your succession planning in November — and remember the context each time. Continuity is the product.

We explain the reasoning
You'll get the number, and you'll get why it's that number. If there's a decision to make, you'll see the options and the trade-offs rather than a recommendation with no working shown.

We say what we don't know
Tax law is genuinely uncertain in places. When something is a judgment call or a filing position rather than a settled answer, we'll tell you that plainly, and tell you what the exposure looks like if CRA disagrees.
The work behind the work
Most of it never shows up on an interesting invoice line
Reconciling a financing contract that was coded to the wrong account for two years. Finding the slip that explains a matching-program letter. Working out whether a shareholder loan balance is a problem or a rounding artifact.
That groundwork is what makes the advice worth anything. A plan built on books that don't tie is just a guess with a spreadsheet attached.
Tools
We work in QuickBooks Online, Xero, TaxCycle, CaseWare, and Microsoft 365, and we're certified on both QBO and Xero. If you're already on one of them, we can work in your file directly. If you're on paper, we've moved plenty of clients off paper and can do it without a painful transition.
